Speedcargo Technologies is a Singapore based deep technology start-up that offers best-in-class A.I. and robotics solutions for the air cargo and logistics industry. Speedcargo has emerged as start-up from the Technical University of Munich, Germany and the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. It has been supported since 2015 by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and the Nation Research Foundation(Prime Minister’s Office, Singapore). We have partnered with Microsoft’s in advanced depth sensing technology(computer vision)and the Azure cloud platform. We have also partnered with Güdel AG from Switzerland to bring the best in class of robotic automation to the air cargo and logistics industry. Through our partnerships we deliver beyond state-of-the-art solutions for digitisation, optimization and automation. We are currently working with large players in the air cargo industry such as Singapore Airlines, SATS, dnata (Emirates group), Scandinavian Airlines, DHL, Kuehne & Nagel and XPO Logistics.
We have just completed raising our seed round and are now seeking to build a team of committed, talented professionals who are passionate about being at the forefront of marketing transformative solutions. The Content Creator will play a central role in demand generation activities of Speedcargo. You will be responsible for designing and creating content that will generating awareness and create excitement and demand for SPEEDCARGO’s products and solutions across different logistics verticals that include Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Logistics & Sea Freight. You need to develop Content for both online as well as offline activities, including design materials for website, whitepapers, product brochures, digital marketing campaigns, blog & vlog posts, PR, webinars, as well as tradeshows, industry events and other offline activities that will support and drive demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Woking closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and execute a content strategy that supports the demand generation and aggressive growth plans of the organization
- Development and Maintenance of Product Collateral & Company Communication Material – this will include the following
- Website
- Whitepapers & case studies
- Product brochures & videos
- Web blogs & Vlogs
- Company presentations
- Training Videos
- Obtaining & using customer testimonials etc.,
- Development of online and offline demand driver programmes and ensuring adequate visibility and excitement around SPEEDCARGO services & solutions – this will include the creation of collateral for the same – including
- E-mail & e-newsletter campaigns
- PR & articles on relevant trade publications & platforms
- Conducting Webinars & online prospect / customer connect programmes
- Using platforms like YouTube effectively to raise awareness and as an education platform
- Effective use of social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Identifying and managing participation in tradeshows & industry events etc.,
- A data driven approach that establishes an ROI (Return on Investment) & ROE (Return on Effort) framework for each programme enabling the organisation to improve its communication & programmes continuously
Additional Responsibility
- Market research and analysis to track trends in key markets – these include overall market trends, key customer activities, industry technology trends, competition, competition pricing and other significant policy across geography that will have an impact or influence Speedcargo’s growth plans
The role requires individuals who are digital natives and have a strong natural passion for communication using the digital medium – they should be comfortable in creating content which includes the ability to write, design and execute on their content ideas. Additionally, they should be excited by technology and have a flair for explaining complex ideas in an easy to understand manner. Individuals who meet the following requirements are encouraged to apply
- 2-3 years in creating content for digital marketing (fresh candidates with strong digital content creation skills are also encouraged to apply)
- Excellent English language skills – written and spoken skills
- Content design and creation using necessary tools for Print / Web / Videos etc.,
- Digital marketing using platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant online platforms including the company website to drive demand generation programmes
- Ability to anchor videos and create video content
