Vacuum Gripper

A compact vacuum-based gripper that can handle small carton boxes weighing up to 30 kgs. The compact size enables safe placement of boxes in tight spaces, ensuring dense packing within the ULD.

Fork Gripper

A versatile gripper for managing the high-mix nature of cargo within the industry, it can safely carry heavy loads of up to 1.5 tonnes that have a skidded base. Several sensors on the gripper ensure collision free handling of large pieces of cargo.

Actuating Gripper

A composite gripper with specialized vacuum elements capable of handling porous materials such as Styrofoam, wood & cardboard, weighing up to 100 kg. The vacuum elements can adjust their placements automatically to grasp long cargo, cargo with large top surfaces, or multiple pieces of cargo at once.

Automatic Tool Changer

CARGO ARM is equipped with a fast tool changer that enables fully automatic replacement of the gripper within seconds. It ensures the best suited gripper is always used for cargo handling without compromising on the cycle time for ULD build up.
